I was told for sure it would be ready for Monday, but it wasn't ready till Tuesday at 4:30 pm (it was there for one entire week). I informed the manager I must have my vehicle no later than Monday at 4:00 as I need it for my work for Tuesday. I wasn't offered a replacement or any sensitivity for my dilemma. As result, I was suspended from work, without pay for three days because I did not have my vehicle when promised. The manager had the "I don't care" attitude. I will not return there again. I will drive to North Bay if I have to if I need any other transmission repairs.
Well I brought my truck and I was pretty sure my transmission was going, And it's unfortunate for anyone but I took it and got it checked out and sure enough that's what it was. He quoted me a maximum price, which ended up being that. $2500 with tax But my truck is back on the road now. Took longer than he said it would, And I was out of the vehicle for almost 2 weeks but I managed. I went on their website after I dropped it off and everything on the website contradicted what the guy at the actual store told me. Especially in regards to a loaner vehicle and a payment plan and either ended up being true but still they fixed me so far I'm happy. The warranty is kind of a joke though 6000km not 60000km
I brought my vehicle in with the notion that it may have a small repair. The service department bascially made it sound like it was the worst thing he as ever seen. the range of quote he gave me was between 1200 to 2200 being the worst. i paid over 26000. not only that they pulled some wiring out of another spot in which killed my suv. they came to tow it back and fixed it. this as well they tried blaming on me. in the process my battery has died and they do not want to take blame. the wiring they messed up left all the power on for 1 day and now i need to replace it. I want the shop to replace it as well explain to me why it was so much and they never showed me the parts even though i asked for them to be kept. I feel like I got scammed. I wrote in and called in to the customer service dept and nothing has been done. this is my last effort before asking ppl on socail media what needs to be done to get attention and my suv fixed properly.
Repair and follow-up inspection were well done. Took longer than what was anticipated. Although not his fault, the manager compensated for the overage on the rental car. Great customer service.
