3 tries to get an appointment (Automated booking cannot be trusted, the next booking was rescheduled due to parts not in on time). I went to my dealership for another matter and asked about parts for MrT. They arrived the week before but nothing was ordered specifically for me. When I called MrT, Sara said she meant to call last week but got busy. She didn’t call me the next business day either so I recommend you call them to keep on top of things:) Other than that, service was good, fluid and filter changed, pan inspected. I dropped off my vehicle night before and it was ready after lunch the next day.

Had a 2006 Chevy 1500 , the transmission toqure converter was slipping, brought my truck in for repairs ended up needing a full rebuild after teardown inspection, mark was amazing threw the hole experience showing me pictures and proof of the damages worn parts etc so I had piece at mind I was not getting overcharged or getting parts I did not need even got me a used spare bell housing to keep the cost down, sarah was also amazing with calling me back with updates and information, truck was in and out with an impressive time frame. so far I have about 300km on the transmission and it’s shifting absolutely amazing and working better then I would have imagined being rebuilt, very happy with the work performed. Will post an update after a year. Driving worry free with a very nice 60,000km 3 year warranty

After thinking that my 2015 Ford Focus needed major transmission work and much to my surprise after the Vehicle Diagnostic Report Marc took the time to explain the details of the report and alas my vehicle does not need any transmission work. In these times we have to be grateful that honesty does still exist as it is far too easy to take advantage of services of this type. Thank you Marc.

My Team took one of our company vehicles for repairs. The whole process was very transparent and well documented with emails as well as followed by phone calls to proporly explain the options. Although it was a very expensive repair, the service was very good as well as fairly quick turnaround.
