just piked up my 1993 dodge diesel truck after having $3400.00 repair that was said to be necessary . the truck was no shifting into higher gear

Easily understood my concern and situation and was able to explain in understandable detail what would be done to diagnose and the next steps should they be necessary. Although I have dealt with other Mister Transmissions in Stratford and Woodstock with high satisfaction I now work in St. Thomas and required both service and repair. When I spoke on the phone and in person I felt very confident they knew how to fix my concern and understood my concern with my VW vehicles automatic transmission. Spending large sums of money is not easy unless you can trust the people who are advising you and I would recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for a trustworthy and reliable garage to service or repair their vehicle. Brought in my 18 Silverado with the well known 8 speed transmission problems, mark gave me a call and suggested a trans rebuild, he gave me the full run down from top to bottom on what was wrong and needed replacing and i gave them the go ahead, I didn’t realize how bad I had it until I got the truck back and it drove like new! as someone who works on their own vehicles, I’m picky when it comes to anyone else working on it, the guys at Mr transmission st Thomas were an easy decision, by far one of the easiest shop I’ve had to deal with for any type of service, mark was fair friendly and taught me a thing or two, if you have any transmission needs, these are your go to guys without a doubt

This shop is great, they worked on my daughter's 2013 focus in 2017. When Ford would not honour their warranty. It is still going strong. I was told the transmission will out live the car. Well yes. It's time for a new veh with. Worked on my 2003 F150, great work, now my 2010, once again great work. They took time to find a miss, in the truck. I'm a car guy, and know shops that do great work. Yes everyone is never happy with the work. But for me there is always two sides.

Had to get my transmission...

Had to get my transmission redone on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan at 140k clicks. Sucked. My local shop quoted me a little over $8,000 for the repair. I decided to call around. Mister Transmission gave me tons of information, answered my billion questions (even before I'd committed to becoming a customer), were prompt in getting my van dealt with, and even gave me better parts than my local shop had quoted me for... all for $6,500. How they did all of that for cheaper than my first quote I do not understand (other than the fact that: They are the only transmission shop in town, and all other shops would just bring transmission rebuilds over here). 10/10 would return to in the future (but hope not to have to). Can't recommend them enough. Mark and the gang: Thank you guys for the incredible service.
