    Amazing!! We were in a pinch as we were from outl of town and they did everything they could to help us. It was a Friday afternoon and they called around until they found the parts needed and even stayed late to do the repairs. Both the mechanic and manager were very willing to accommodate and very polite and courteous. Otherwise we would have been stranded for the weekend. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

When our car broke down, they were quick to diagnose and problem solve the issue, even when that meant weeks of back-and-forth communication as me and my partner worked to figure out how to get our car back to the United States.     We broke down in the Sault as we were traveling through -We were stranded! Mr. Transmission moved some things around to get us in. He ended up staying late on a Friday and coming in on a saturday so we would be able to head home. Great service, excellent communication and overall great place.

    I was recently camping north of the soo when my truck broke down ( tranny trouble ) before the truck was towed i phoned mr T and told them my problem - they said bring it in early next morn and we'll look at it - tow dropped truck off and they took it right away - couple hours later i was on my way back to my site - thanks to the Devons for all your help - great service and shop

    I got stranded in Canada...

    I got stranded in Canada after my car broke down after crossing the U.S. border and Mister Transmission was a life saver!! They fit us in even though they were busy, let us sit inside until we figured out next steps, and even drove us (and all of our roadtripping stuff) to the car rental facility! They truly helped us figure out what were our best opinions and eased so much stress. I cannot reccomend Mister Transmission enough!!
