I called to make an appointment and they got me in right away. Within 30 mins of having our cube van they had it diagnosed and got me the quote to do the repairs. After weighing out our options on such a high mileage out vehicle, we decided not to go through with the repairs. Even though they took the time to test drive it, they did not charge us anything for their efforts. To me, this speaks volumes about their work ethics & customer service. Guaranteed if I need further repairs down the road, there is no question where i'm going.Randy Stonehouse

I have had problems in the past with mechanics shops, and I am so glad to have found such a trustworthy and fair shop that I can put my faith in. The guys were great, they got my car in right away when I called and did a great job diagnosing my car. They didn't charge me to to the diagnosis and they were really thorough. Plus they are one of the few transmission places that do cvt transmissions in Red Deer.

Great experience. They didn’t charge me for diagnostics- other mechanic shops I’ve been to in red deer will charge around $150 so simply scan your vehicle so that was very positive. Good guys, would recommend
