Everyone we dealt with were very professional, courteous and informative.

The actual transmission work was very good and functions as I had hoped The installer however, left greasy foot and handprints on the interior requiring heavy shampooing. Otherwise, I would give five stars.

This place is the only place to go for your transmission. Service and level of knowledge is unmatched. Everywhere else I looked and checked third party reviews, warranties, prices. This place is unequivocally the number one transmission place to go in Alberta. Stu I talked briefly on the phone but he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Upon entering the shop was met by Stu and Joe. Both extremely friendly, knowledgeable all around. Great people to deal with. A gentleman in front of me was relaying a story that his in-laws had told him that Mister Transmission was the only place to take his truck for a transmission. As all my research I have come to the same conclusion because of reviews and their long-standing history. This place will take care of you properly. Help with financing if need be all around and not find a better place in Alberta. Maybe anywhere.

I had a great experience with Stuart, they did a full inspection on my car with photos after and gave me lots of resources/papers with the diagnostics which was very helpful! Overall very helpful and respectful experience

I cannot say enough good things about dealing with Mister Transmission. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond while working on my transmission. They brought out the filter and pan and explained what they suspect happened before even pulling the transmission apart. They were kind enough to take me into the shop and allow me a visual of what I was looking at and was able to walk away more knowledgeable than going in.They gave me a ride home in their personal vehicle as they did not have a shuttle and didn't even mention taking a taxi as if it wasn't an option.They stuck around late on a Thursday of a long weekend (Friday being the holiday) to ensure the vehicle was returned to me before the long weekend and leaving me without a vehicle for an additional 4 days.I will be returning for fluid changes and any other concerns with other vehicles in the future.
