I was awfully disappointed to find out my car needed a new transmission after only 155,000 km from my local mechanic. I was in shock when initially quoted $6500 for a new transmission. I did not waste any time picking up the phone and shopped around only to find out that most, if not all, auto repair shops send the cars out to Mr Transmission when transmission work is required. Cut the middle man out and saved huge !I cannot say enough about the professionalism and superior customer service from Ken and Chris. They kept me up to date every step of the way when they had difficulty sourcing parts from different provinces and states and were very apologetic for things beyond their control. They went above and beyond with a personal loaner car due to the delays until I was able to get my car back. Great father and son team running this shop and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any poor soul who needs a transmission.

Just got my vehicle back from Ken and Chris at Mister Transmission. These guys are fantastic. Fixed my vehicle the same day and for the estimated amount Ken thought it would be (after telling him the issue I was experiencing). Ken even came to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. Above and beyond customer service! Keep up the great work guys. You certainly have my business.

While on vacation our transmission failed as soon as we arrived from Ohio. Ken and team sourced a transmission, stayed after hours and Ken himself came in on a holiday morning so we could drive our car home rather than me having to drive back 6 hours one way the following week.Communication throughout the process was excellent and the customer service was second to none. Highly recommend this shop. Excellent experience over all.

I want to give a big shoutout to Mr. Transmission Pickering for the excellent work on my vehicle. I had an issue with the left rear bearing, and Ken, their experienced technician, quickly got to the root of the problem with a spot-on diagnosis. His expertise and attention to detail really showed throughout the repair process. The car is running smoothly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I had the pleasure of working with Chris after my transmission started giving trouble. The error code was pointing to my solenoid, but they had enough experience to know that it was the TCM instead. They got the part for me and swapped it out the same day.Very friendly service.Experienced.Highly recommend.

This is the location in Pickering, ON, I love honesty, and the owner is not only honest but polit too, he will check your car transmission, tells exactly what you need, and the cost, no pressure, after I took my car to check the transmission at this location, I really won't go to any other place, and I really recommend this place
