They helped me immediately, even though it’s outside of their services, by tightening the bolts and filling the tire with air. I didn't visit this business but I was going to. My rating is based on the advice they gave me over the phone. They din't draw me in to spend $800 I didn't need to spend ; instead they gave me an honest assessment over the phone so I didn't need to go in. I plan to go soon to have preventive maintenance performed on my new vehicle based on their honesty. If you have any questions or need transmission service, this is your go to business. It was recommended to me and I feel they are trustworthy.

After being told (by another shop) that we needed a new transmission, we went to Mr. Transmission where Noah and the crew diagnosed the problem as the clutch and saved us several thousand dollars. They stuck to the original estimate although the job was complex and took extra time and were professional and patient throughout.
