I took my car for a transmission issue. Noah welcomed me and listened carefully to my problem. He diagnosed the issue and explained not only the problem, but also inspected the car and informed me about what it needs… I went to pick it up and he refused to charge me !!!! I never seen an honest and caring mechanic for a while now…. The shop won me as a customer and I will refer all my friends and family to it… unbelievable service wow…. Good job Noah.

I recently had the fluid change and maintenance done on my CVT, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The service was thorough, professional, and completed in a timely manner. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the work they were doing. The overall customer service was exceptional, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. I highly recommend them for anyone needing CVT maintenance!

I recently had my transmission give out on my Nissan Rogue, I brought the car in and was explained the process, the price was fair and the work was done professionally. I was even able to get my brakes and exhaust repair at the same time. This shop offers it all for me, make sure to talk to Noah in the front for all your needs.

My experience at Mister Transmission on Bank St was great. I don’t know anything about cars but their team was able to thoroughly walk me through and show me exactly what was going on and what was needed, which made everything a smooth process. I would definitely recommend them for all your driveline needs.

For your transmission expertise, there no other spot I would go to other than Mister Transmission. The name says it all. Quick service, professional, competent, and overall excellent service. 2 locations in Ottawa, 34 locations Canada. Bank street location right across the Mayfair Theatre. Had this place do a full CVT transmission service on my 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 S model on Oct 6, 2023. Noah the apprentice tech is also the front desk person. He priced & explained everything effectively. Obviously he is well trained by the owner Kyle who I also had the chance to speak with. The main tech Mike is a well seasoned veteran who has a huge knowledge base. He mentored & showed Noah the entire process, plus Noah did some things with Mike standing right there. Mike is probably mid 50s & his knowledge base & experience is hard to find anywhere. Mister Transmission on Bank St in Ottawa is fortunate to have these 2 men on their team. These 2 men did the job for around $400 tax in, when others wanted significantly more & the front desk staff of others couldn't explain the process as well as Mister Transmission did. Some others said there were only 1 filter to change, others said none, but Mister Transmission said there were 2. Look, trust your transmission & driveline repairs to the experts that only do transmission & driveline work. They do it everyday. This has to be an added value. I am straight up & I haven't been paid or coached to give this great review. I am not related to anyone there. If I am not happy, I say it. If I am pleased I tell everyone. Trust Mister Transmission on Bank St in Ottawa or Edgewater Dr in Kanata. They are both owned franchises of Kyle, who obviously cares about the work they put out.
