We had out 2015 Ford Escape towed to Mister Transmission to Orillia after a brief discussion with Christina. She was knowledgeable and put us at ease when we spoke . Diagnostics and estimate was performed in a timely manner. Repair was approvedd and completeld. We are very happy with the service we received from Mister Transmission.

Family owned, honest, professional and community minded. What else is there to say about Christina and Chris except if you have a transmission problem or think you might, go see them and get it fixed or diagnosed properly. They have helped our familiy out over the years and if anyone asks, I'm sure to send them there. Our experience is that they are very consultive about the solution and work within your budget depending on what your vehicle needs.Thanks again for the great work.

I brought my vehicle here...

I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion after my regular mechanic said it needed a new transmission. They were able to find a service bulletin for a reprogramming and suggested I get that looked at first. It is sometimes hard to find a mechanic who doesn’t take advantage of women/people who don’t know much about cars. However, their suggestion saved me $5000 when they could have just told me I did in fact need a new transmission and done the work themselves. I am very grateful for the honesty and customer service at Mr.Transmission and would recommend them to anyone who asks!

So, I take my truck...

So, I take my truck into Mr. Transmission in Orillia, for an assessment, because I thought I heard some noises when it was shifting gears. He takes it out for a test drive and hooks it up to the computer. Spends a half hour with my truck. Comes back and tells me it’s in perfect running condition. Says nothing comes up on the computer. I ask him if there’s any maintenance I can do he says “no nothing”. Ask what I owe him and he says “Nothing”. I want to give him 20 bucks at least... he won’t take it. That’s honest service. The least I can do is give him a good review!
