From the start communication and customer service was excellent!! The super fast turnaround saved me on car rental charges and I had my vehicle back in time for the weekend. A transmission replacement in under two days, amazing service and very much appreciated. The quote I was given was exactly what I was charged. I was advised of the issues the transmission was having and was given options on the next step of the repair. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for transmission service, they’ve gained a customer for life with me. Again, thanks for the speedy service!!!

I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion after my regular mechanic said it needed a new transmission. They were able to find a service bulletin for a reprogramming and suggested I get that looked at first. It is sometimes hard to find a mechanic who doesn’t take advantage of women/people who don’t know much about cars. However, their suggestion saved me $5000 when they could have just told me I did in fact need a new transmission and done the work themselves. I am very grateful for the honesty and customer service at Mr.Transmission and would recommend them to anyone who asks!
