Beyond exceptional staff! They are so empathetic and honest!! They have gone above and beyond helping me resolve transmission issues that were fixed by barrie. I would highly recommend this location. They really do go above and beyond you can trust what they say and that they’ve done what they say they’ve done.

Absolutely Awesome service from the polite and knowledgeable receptionist to the technician. I was a bit worried about driving to the East coast with 200k on my Ram. Chris the owner assessed it with a road test including a large scanner plugged in while he drove, he then had it on the hoist to check the fluid levels, 4 wheel drive components..everything! Great to know it’s in top shape…plus no charge!! A Free Service!! Honest, and Friendly !!! Highly recommend!! 10/10

Was traveling from Ontario to Alberta and had some trouble with the transmission. He was busy and booked but he took the time to check it out and that is the favor this is a one stop shop amazing service. They did not even charge us anything which was very surprising. I would totally recommend this business 10 out of 10. Very friendly and amazing people They know their stuff totally recommended

My car broke down and the mechanic I took it to thought it was likely an internal transmission problem so I towed here. I was mentally preparing for a big transmission issue and got a call within a couple of hours that it was an easy little fix (a bolt had just come off). Very honest mechanic! Highly recommend. Thank you!

I am immensely grateful for Chris and Christina for their hospitality during one of the most stressful times of my life lol! On our way up north to enjoy a crownland camping trip, towing our small camper trailer with our beloved chevy trailblazer, we unfortunately blew the transmission halfway to Parrysound from Barrie. After a kind and warm phone conversation with Christina she said to bring it in to get it checked out. When we arrived they were very kind and welcoming and even let us stay in our camper in their yard! A whole week and a half later we were finally back on our feet with a new car! They were so hospitable and we're so so grateful its hard to describe!!! They really are as kind as they come, going out of their way to provide for people. They didn't charge us to check out our trailblazer or to check out our new vehicle. They said we can call them if we need anything at all, and they did all they could to help us get back on the road again. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get amazing service and to be treated with love like family! Thank you so much!!!
