I was absolutely shocked when I recieved a call that my truck had been repaired, it was in their care less than 3 days. I was expected weeks of waiting like other shops but was pleasantly surprised to have my truck back in working order so fast. The staff are also extremely friendly and make it a very welcoming and non intimidating shop to go into

What else is there to say about Christina and Chris except if you have a transmission problem or think you might, go see them and get it fixed or diagnosed properly. They have helped our familiy out over the years and if anyone asks, I'm sure to send them there. I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion after my regular mechanic said it needed a new transmission. They were able to find a service bulletin for a reprogramming and suggested I get that looked at first. It is sometimes hard to find a mechanic who doesn’t take advantage of women/people who don’t know much about cars. However, their suggestion saved me $5000 when they could have just told me I did in fact need a new transmission and done the work themselves. I am very grateful for the honesty and customer service at Mr.Transmission and would recommend them to anyone who asks!
