I brought my car in on Wednesday without an appointment and they were able to help me right away. they were extremely informative and knowledgeable. I am a young female and i did not feel like i was being taken advantage of because of my age and gender. everyone i communicated with was very friendly. I appreciated how they called me before starting any repairs and they let me know before they started that the fix would be a bit more expensive than they anticipated. All together i had a great experience and i will definitely go back to Mr Transmission if i have another issue they are able to repair. Thanks, A very satisfied customer.

I've been told by the owner of the shop that it would be a 1 year warranty on parts and labour but turns out it was only 6 months on the invoice, after I asked twice about it. So I paid with my MasterCard on the phone, and went to get my car after closing time. The invoice was on the seat and there was no mention of a one year warranty, only 6 months.
