We had a problem with transmission shifting gears unevenly, bumpy in our '20 Mazda CX 30, low milage . Mazda Canada was not helpful (no recall issued) , the dealer asked for $1500.00 for a labor plus parts as per Mazda bulletin and Giorgio Vivacqua fixed it for $300.00 !!. Great job!! First of all, I highly recommend them. I have a Ford Focus which is known for its transmission issues. I contacted them by phone and they told me to leave the car with them to check it because I had several problems with the transmission and they were really keen to find out the reason. They informed me that the transmission must be removed to further confirm the causes of the problem of delayed and stuck gears. But I refused because of the high price of the parts expected to be replaced. This is not their fault, but rather the price of the parts in the market is like this. While they are wonderful and helpful and explain everything to the customer and after all they did they did not take money from me and their service was free I would really recommend them to anyone looking for the best transmission mechanic.

There are no words to describe what George did for our Mazda CX-5. My Mazda dealership quoted me $5,400 to replace the torque converter and perform multiple ATF flushes because of a transmission problem that Mazda is trying to hide from its customers. But when George test drove my vehicle, he suggested that a transmission service with multiple flushes should remedy the problem. At less than 1/10 the cost of what the dealership wanted, George was able to solve the transmission 'chirp' that plagues so many Mazda vehicles with the 2.5 litre non-turbo engine. Like some other reviews have stated, George knows transmissions like no-one else and only recommends work that is necessary. Thank you George, your involvement certainly brought an end to my transmission saga with Mazda of Canada.

Giorgio helped me a lot with my car and was able to run the codes for me to tell me what is wrong with my car. Very nice and kind would definitely go there again.

We came into Mister Transmission a couple months ago to get some work done on a family vehicle (Murano) that we’ve had for 5+ years. Meeting with Giorgio was exactly what we needed.
