I can't say enough on how pleased I am with the professionalism and competency of Dan and his staff. I've been burned before by shady mechanics and I can honestly say they are some of the best! Dan was polite and friendly from my first phone call, and he took the time to LISTEN to all my questions and answered them in a clear and kind way that helped me understand the problem. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed out of there. The problem (leaky transmission) was fixed in a timely manner and it was done well. He noticed another issue that was causing me problem (bad ball joints) but I never once felt like he was trying to "find" issues and upsell me. He solved this one as well and now my car sounds better than it did when I first purchased the vehicle used. I would definitely recommend Dan and his staff for not only transmission related issues but for all mechanical issues. The final bill was VERY reasonable. I'm so VERY happy that I found Dan at Mister Transmission. THANK YOU!!

Went here for transmission fluid change. Brought my own fluids from Hyundai and Dan was a very approachable person. He makes sure to get your approval first before they do anything to your car. One of the most transparent mechanic in Hamilton.

Very friendly service and excellent work

I had a transmission fault error right in the middle of a work week, Dan and his team got me back up and running in short order, when the problem came back, Mr Transmission had my back, took the car in checked it over, found the issue causing the signal and fixed it, at no additional charge. Dan and his team were very good about taking me through the issues and what to expect. Car is running better than ever now.

First of all I want to say this is my second time at this location and the professionalism and customer service here is amazing Dan is so informable and knowledgeable about what he does the first time I was there for computer for my ford focus my second time back now I needed the clutch this time and they had my clutch done in 2 days no bs or anything extra and even gave me a ride home and being a senior citizen I was very grateful will definitely be back for any work I might need and would highly recommend anyone they definitely go above and beyond for their customers and fair pricing

Anas (and all the guys there really) were a huge help and gave us an extremely fair price, they even noticed other issues with the vehicle (and SHOWED us as well which was really appreciated) and fixed it the same day.
