I had a transmission fault error right in the middle of a work week, Dan and his team got me back up and running in short order, when the problem came back, Mr Transmission had my back, took the car in checked it over, found the issue causing the signal and fixed it, at no additional charge. Dan and his team were very good about taking me through the issues and what to expect. Car is running better than ever now.

Dan, was a great employee. Very transparent with the service. Exceptional job.

First of all I want to say this is my second time at this location and the professionalism and customer service here is amazing Dan is so informable and knowledgeable about what he does the first time I was there for computer for my ford focus my second time back now I needed the clutch this time and they had my clutch done in 2 days no bs or anything extra and even gave me a ride home and being a senior citizen I was very grateful will definitely be back for any work I might need and would highly recommend anyone they definitely go above and beyond for their customers and fair pricing

Anas (and all the guys there really) were a huge help and gave us an extremely fair price, they even noticed other issues with the vehicle (and SHOWED us as well which was really appreciated) and fixed it the same day. They took a lot of patience in understanding the issues we were describing and were clear, transparent, and honest throughout the entire process. Hard to find these days. Highly recommend checking them out.

Just wanted to share my experience with this location on Barton street I felt so comfortable and at ease with my vehicle there the manager up front was very professional didn't try and up sell me anything I was skeptical because I was taken by other shops before but Dan said don't worry about it come here let me take care of everything for you don't worry about anything and that's exactly what happened what he and his mechanics done I felt so at ease after getting my truck F150 transmission rebuilt I left feeling satisfied and got what I paid for would definitely recommend this location anybody with transmission issues or any type of car repairs go their you will be pleased with the professional service provided

Amazing experience at this shop. Very honest and transparent about the work that needs to be done, and even caught things that my previous mechanic failed to tell me about. Didn't try to upsell me for anything and made sure to check with me before doing any work that wasn't previously agreed on but came up while he inspected things further. Would definitely recommend these guys!
