My van is 8 years old, so it's not the kind of vehicle you want to spend alot of money on. Realistically, a new transmission would probably be more than the car is worth. My wife was driving it when the transmission stopped working. She pulled over on the street to park it, you could see the Mister Transmission sign from where it was. The next morning we went to the van....it was still not working, I guess giving it a rest didn't do the trick. So I walked down to the Mister Transmission, the dealer along with another customer came back to the van and helped me push it down the street to the shop. Not only did Mister Transmission save me a tow, the dealer tried to find the most inexpensive way to repair my van as possible. I was very impressed by the service and would not hesitate to have another vehicle repaired by Mister Transmission. Although I'd rather not have to have my vehicle break down again either.

Lindsay, My wife and I would like to thank you and your trouble shooter for all the care and attention you paid in helping to diagnose the computer problem with our 2008 Pontiac Montana. It is a good man who admits being unable to complete the repair and recommend me to someone who could. The details of all you had done, which I was able to give to the mechanic at O'Regan's helped to finish the repair much quicker. I appreciate all you tried, to fix the problem and being on holiday and out of Province you could have charged me a lot more than $150.00 for the very generous use of your time and the trouble you took. I can understand why you have such a good reputation and numerous letters of commendation. Thank you again.

Owner/front deskman Lindsay was exceptionally nice, and explanatory. This was important to me. I wanted to go over all the possibilities before giving my car for such a major repair. He gave me a range of cost, as in what the low end of the scale would cost if I'm lucky, versus the high end. It was a little disappointing that of the entire range, my repair was the most expensive possible end of that range an it didn't seem like too much was actually wrong. All in all, I'm pleased to have had my transmission done by Mister Transmission, thank you!
