I was looking for a shop I could trust to rebuild my transmission, and Mister Transmission delivered. Everyone was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. They kept me informed while my vehicle was being worked on, finished it on time, and the cost was reasonable. After driving it for a while, everything feels smooth and the vehicle is running the way it should. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'd recommend them if you need transmission repairs.

I had a noisy whining noise coming from the drivetrain of my truck and needed to find a shop to inspect it promptly. I quickly found out that there were not many places I could go to in my area. One place suggested Mr Transmission would be a good place to get it looked at. I drove in spoke with the manager, Chris Guziak who had his employees take it for a test drive and then into the shop for inspection afterwards.It was discovered that it was a front differential spline bearing. I had recently purchased the truck which had an active warranty still on it. Chris promptly made out a repair estimate and with some patient negotiations with the warranty company finalized the coverage of the repair costs. Then settled on a date to get the parts & have the truck repaired. After leaving the the truck first thing in the morning, Chris sent me a message at 1:45pm to tell me the repairs had been completed! I was very pleased overall with their expedient, professional service. 🙂
