Just had them do a transmission fluid service. They have competitive pricing and great service. Will definitely return and recommend.

I was having issues with rough driving and my car not wanting to go into AWD. I brought it to indi shops and couldn't find the issue. I called up Mr transmission and from the very first call to the last interaction I was very happy and impressed with the service and quality job they did. They were able to find the issue and fix it, no issues. Replaced my front left cv axle and I was on my way. After the fix I was now able to notice some smaller vibrations at higher speeds. I wanted to make sure it was not a problem. They were able to check everything for me to make sure it was nothing to do with the work or part they replaced. They confirmed it wasn't and recommended a fix. They were able to help me out again! Long story short I will be recommending everyone I know to this location. They have a great group of people working there!

Excellent service. The Kingston site informed me of an extended warranty on my transmission, which would have cost them work if I had been able to get into the dealership in time. Unfortunately, the dealership couldn't get me in for three weeks so I paid Mr. Transmission to do the repair anyway. The technicians were able to get me in quickly, diagnose the problem and get it fix in time for me to make a 3 hour drive that week. Very honest and reliable service.

I had a transmission issue so I called Mister Transmission. Dad said "You cant go wrong with these guys"My call to this location went very well. I spoke with Des at the front desk.He was very friendly and polite. He took the time to hear me out and answer every question I had.He said they will open up the Transmission and investigate before telling me the Transmission needs replacement. And if its fixable it could be something very simple and cheap.So rightaway I took my truck there after hours. I think was nearly 7 pm.In the morning around 10 a.m. I received a phone call from Des.They were done taking everything appart and I had zero 3rd and 4th gears.Again Des was great to talk to. Very professional.They happen to have a Transmission on hand that was perfect for my truck so I said "Yes ill take it"And I picked up the truck around 2 p.m.(I dont remember if it was same day or the next day that I picked it up)...Regardless it didn't take long at all for them to diagnose the issue and fix it asap for me to have a work truck again.Dont go to some random mechanic.Go straight to Mister Transmission. These guys are trained specifically for transmissions. And this is all they do. All day long. Every day!!There is a warranty of 3 years/60 000 kms.And the cost was exactly as quote. No surprises.Today was my 2 weeks check up.Once again very nice people. And they take care of you with a smile.They took a look at the truck the second I walked into the door. No waiting at all.Kind of like VIP treatment. LolNo leaking. Fluid level is perfect. And my high milleage truck runs smooth again!!Thank you Des and Shop Crew for taking care of my work horse!!
