Honest, helpful, and highly recommended! Aki checked my car for a check engine light and accurately diagnosed a transmission issue. Instead of pushing for an expensive full transmission replacement, he checked the transmission pan and suggested starting with a fluid flush since it was already due. His honest approach worked perfectly, and my car has been running great with no issues since. I recommend checking with them for any transmission issues.

Brought in my 18 Silverado with the well known 8 speed transmission problems, mark gave me a call and suggested a trans rebuild, he gave me the full run down from top to bottom on what was wrong and needed replacing and i gave them the go ahead, I didn’t realize how bad I had it until I got the truck back and it drove like new! as someone who works on their own vehicles, I’m picky when it comes to anyone else working on it, the guys at Mr transmission st Thomas were an easy decision, by far one of the easiest shop I’ve had to deal with for any type of service, mark was fair friendly and taught me a thing or two, if you have any transmission needs, these are your go to guys without a doubt

3 tries to get an appointment (Automated booking cannot be trusted, the next booking was rescheduled due to parts not in on time). I went to my dealership for another matter and asked about parts for MrT. They arrived the week before but nothing was ordered specifically for me. When I called MrT, Sara said she meant to call last week but got busy. She didn’t call me the next business day either so I recommend you call them to keep on top of things:) Other than that, service was good, fluid and filter changed, pan inspected. I dropped off my vehicle night before and it was ready after lunch the next day.

Best experience I've had in a shop in a long time, they were incredibly nice, explained to me the problem (worn cable, something was seized), and had my car in and out in a half hour. Absolutely incredible service, I will be telling anyone and everyone who needs transmission work to go to this Mr Transmission.

We broke down in the Sault as we were traveling through -We were stranded! Mr. Transmission moved some things around to get us in. He ended up staying late on a Friday and coming in on a saturday so we would be able to head home. Great service, excellent communication and overall great place.
