I was referred to Dan by multiple garages in my hometown to fix my transmission. Dan and his team were very knowledgeable and fixed my van efficiently. He made sure I had a vehicle when I needed one and kept me in the loop the whole time. I would definitely go back!

I called and they were able to get my vehicle in quick to look at it. It took some time to start the work, but not abnormal. Took about a week to get it back. Able to do a rebuild on my transmission and ended up being cheaper (Toyota wanted almost $11, 000 to fix. Mister transmission ended up being $7300). Sanjay is friendly and took time to explain things. Found the follow-up communication was frustrating at times in that I would have to call to get updates, but probably because they are busy.

My first mistake was to bring my Truck to the dealer for a Transmission oil change, they really screwed up, should have taken to the Experts the first time , Mister Transmission listen to the issue and gave me my options, and lucky me they got it right away. Super professional, they won a new Customer and I will advise them to all my friends and family. Thanks to Ray and Gus.

I honestly cannot recommend Carlo at Mr. Transmission Orangeville enough — 1000% recommend! We came to Carlo after an absolutely terrible experience with another repair shop, where we had already spent thousands of dollars and our truck had been sitting for almost two months. We were frustrated, stressed, and honestly didn’t know where to turn next. From the moment we spoke with Carlo, he listened to everything we had been through and immediately stepped in to help. What had taken the previous shop nearly two months without a proper resolution, Carlo had our truck repaired and back to us in just 3 days. What really stood out, though, was how much he genuinely cared. Carlo went above and beyond for us when he absolutely didn’t have to. His communication was excellent, he kept us informed every step of the way, followed through on everything he promised, and treated us with honesty and respect. After feeling like we had been taken advantage of elsewhere, having someone actually listen to us, help us, and get the job done properly meant more than I can say. Excellent service from beginning to end! I recently had my wife's car serviced and repaired at the Mister Transmission on Barton Street East, and I am very pleased with the experience. Dan was highly professional, and he and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy and satisfied. They even topped up our windshield washer fluid and washed our car! Amazing!! We were in a pinch as we were from outl of town and they did everything they could to help us. It was a Friday afternoon and they called around until they found the parts needed and even stayed late to do the repairs. Both the mechanic and manager were very willing to accommodate and very polite and courteous. Otherwise we would have been stranded for the weekend. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
