Had them rebuild the 46RE transmission in my truck and they did an excellent job. They quoted me a price for the job and stuck to it. After having the truck for a day I had a check engine light because of a faulty governor pressor solenoid and called them about it. They got me back in the next day and fixed it. Its been running smooth since. Everyone is friendly to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Our older Mazda 6 needed its clutch replaced. Gary was very helpful, showed us the old parts and the car was back on the road quickly.

Had to get my transmission redone on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan at 140k clicks. Sucked. My local shop quoted me a little over $8,000 for the repair. I decided to call around. Mister Transmission gave me tons of information, answered my billion questions (even before I'd committed to becoming a customer), were prompt in getting my van dealt with, and even gave me better parts than my local shop had quoted me for... all for $6,500. How they did all of that for cheaper than my first quote I do not understand (other than the fact that: They are the only transmission shop in town, and all other shops would just bring transmission rebuilds over here). 10/10 would return to in the future (but hope not to have to). Getting ready to head on the road for a 4.5 hour drive and the Drive light on my dash started flashing. Not wanting to end up stranded on the side of the highway I searched for somewhere to take my SUV and settled on Mister Transmission. When I pulled into the lot there was not a parking space to be found. They were swamped! I explained to the lady at the counter what was wrong and that I was travelling back home. I came to find out her name was Mandy. She had the problem diagnosed and a part located in no time. Within 2.5 hours I was out the door. She could easily have sent me on my way but knowing I was from out of town she went the extra mile and had me taken care of, in spite of the crazy day they were having at the shop. Can’t say enough good about this place. From the fast, friendly, efficient service to the cooperation and support the workers had for each other. They really went above and beyond — I’d send anyone their way!

I was stranded on hwy 11 after my mechanic “fixed” my car that very day. I merged into the hwy and it went up in smoke. Terrifying. Called Ken Hempinstall for a tow, he was the only guy on a Friday afternoon who’d help me. He suggested I have it taken to Mister Transmission, another company who was the only one willing to help me. I was stressed and shaken by the whole situation. They took my car in, had it fixed by Monday, AND helped me get my car back to me. I didn’t have to do anything. It was completely stress-free. They really do care and that means a lot these days. Mister Transmission / Parkland Transmission has been the most trusted name in transmission repair in Red Deer for certainly at least the last 20 or 25 years. I just had a transmission completely rebuilt on a 2015 Chevy Silverado, and with all of the modifications and computer tuning that they did it is the finest shifting transmission I've ever had. I opted to have them rebuild this one as opposed to putting in a brand new transmission from GM, because from all their years of experience, they had a system where they (design out all the weak spots coming out in the new transmission these days), with upgraded parts and their computer tuning package. Many years ago before I came across what was then known as "Parkland Transmission', ... maybe 30 years ago or so, I had 2 other transmission shops work on other vehicles I had trans issues, one of them was Tierra Transmission (no longer in business?), I made it about 6 blocks before my truck wouldn't go anywhere with the transmission slipping and they wouldn't warranty it. I was young and I didn't know how to deal with people like that back then so they " took me to the cleaners" ... Times were different back then. The other transmission shop I won't name here, but I had paid them to swap out a failing transmission for one that I had in my garage at home that had been completely rebuilt earlier elsewhere, .... I paid them for the job but nice spidey senses were telling me something wasn't right, so I crawled under my vehicle after getting it to my acreage, I realized that there was mud steel cacked on the bell housing bolts that would have had to have been removed just swap the transmissions. The RCMP were involved in that one, and it was settled out of court. During this current interaction with the Mr Transmission / Parkland Transmission folks, I can truthfully say I never lost a wink of sleep wondering if they were actually doing the job that I had contracted them to do. I would recommend these folks to anyone. They are not the cheapest, but the fact of the matter is they are the best, and you can't expect them to be both the lowest cost and the highest quality as we know.
