I drive a Lancer with a CVT with a mileage of 225k on the dash! Was worried about my transmission and decided to take it to them.I live in Cochrane which is 8 hour away from the place... was impressed by the words I have heard about them. So I decided to drive 8 hour and get it done from them. Gus was the gentleman who served me very well with the information and services.They did a whole checkup and service and were impressed with the service while driving back! Was happy paying for the service as the Transmission cost almost 10k for my car!So super happy at the end and would highly recommend to pay the price for the excellent service!

Called to book an appointment few days prior, I came in with the part and needed a seized bolt removed, possibly drilled and tapped. They got to it the next day, and only charged me 1 hour of labour. Very pleased and will be returning for major transmission work in the future. Highly recommend them. (Toyota Tundra 2012)

These guys are legit transmission experts and will do their best to figure out a reasonable solution to the problem that you're experiencing!I brought my car in for a transmission fluid and filter pan change and am happy with the service and treatment that I received. Aki and Sal are honest guys and do a great job at explaining the transmission parts and service that they are performing. My car has a ZF transmission and I purchased the pan and fluid and had them install it. My transmission is shifting beautifully, and this will definitely help prolong the life of the transmission!Great job guys! 😊

Came in for help with a problem with my manual 2014 Honda. I had trouble getting responses from other transmission places, but Chris was very friendly, accessible, and responsive right from the start. He was very clear with his communication and straightforward with my options. As someone who feels a bit less comfortable with mechanics and auto stuff, I enjoyed how welcoming all the interactions were. Well I didn't expect the amazing service I got when I went to Mr Transmission. I explained my issue to Julie at the front counter and she got a technician from the back named Mike to help me. He fixed the problem within minutes and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely return here if I need help to see Julie and Mike. Well done guys. I would recommend this location at Walker and Tecumseh to anyone.
