Customer service and techs were transparent and showed me hands on in regards to the repairs and their complexity of my vehicle. It took a while to get the parts and the job complete but they always called me with updates even if there were no developments. I had a flat tire as well that the technician patched up. I know it's minor but the fact that he did it shows that he cared. Thank you to everyone who got my Benz back on the road!

First, they are one of the few shops that will look at a Genesis. Dealership said new transmission needed - $15k. Wes took the time to discuss, gave some ballpark numbers, then spent all of five minutes diagnosing a bad tire (resulting size differential was giving the AWD fits). I need a $400 tire, not a $15k transmission! Will be back when I need real help, adn will be sending people your way!

Took our truck to one...

Took our truck to one place said we had to replace the transmission but wanted over $4500 to replace it, so we called Mr. Transmission, they said they would look at first to confirm if that is what is was AND good thing we did, Cause not only did they look at it for free, they confirm it was NOT the transmission and saved us thousands of dollars.. koodos to Mr. Transmission and will definitely recommend them..Thank You!!!

Took my VW Jetta here...

Took my VW Jetta here because it was having some problems, they did a free diagnostic and test drive and figured out my issue very quickly. They were super friendly and helpful, and I will definitely bring my vehicles here again in the future. Added bonus, they have an adorable dog to keep you company as they check out your vehicle.

I am so glad I took my car here instead of another shop. The guys here are honest and professional. What more could you want as a customer. Thought I was going to need a new transmission, but turns out, it just needed a new radiator. I would not hesitate at all going back if I have any transmission issue in the future. Cheers!
