At Mister Transmission we have access to leading-edge diagnostic equipment, enabling us to offer you the fastest and most accurate findings about what’s going on inside your vehicle’s transmission. Today’s vehicles come equipped with complex computer systems. Our technology can talk to your car’s computer systems to find your specific transmission problems.

The first step in assessing your transmission involves your technician connecting the diagnostic equipment to your vehicle’s on-board computer. This will produce a code stating where the problem lies. Next, the vehicle is taken for a test drive so that we can monitor its behaviour in real-time. While more comprehensive and hands-on evaluations may yet be required, technology is an important tool in determining the right starting point for further investigations.

Excellent experience. My car was throwing transmissions codes and the mechanic shop recommended Mister Transmission for a specialist to look at. These guys know what they are doing. They knew right off the bat the possible issues and were able to recommend my next steps. Turns out my transmission wasn't causing issues, but it was more of a engine problem. Thanks again for for all your guys help! Cutest worker Pepsi was on duty and she did a great job of entertaining me. Highly recommend to check these guys out if your car is having tranny issues/codes!

The staff was very friendly...

The staff was very friendly and the service gentleman knew exactly what was wrong with my transmission before he even took my car for the test drive and hooked up the computer to it . After the test drive the results were on point to what he told me in the store at that point I knew that he knew what he was talking about and has been doing this for a long time . Five stars for ethics! I was referred to Mr. Transmission by another garage who thought that I may have a transmission/differential issue. Wes took my car for a test drive and immediately determined that this was not the issue. Mr T could have made a bunch of money, but they were honest with me and sent me back to the referring garage. Customer service and techs were...

Customer service and techs were transparent and showed me hands on in regards to the repairs and their complexity of my vehicle. It took a while to get the parts and the job complete but they always called me with updates even if there were no developments. I had a flat tire as well that the technician patched up. I know it's minor but the fact that he did it shows that he cared. Thank you to everyone who got my Benz back on the road!
