Wes was very informative and patient. He took the time to listen to me and explain what needed to be done. My repair was half the cost of what I was originally told. The repair was done very quick. All staff were kind and considerate.

I sure appreciate a company like the one in Edmonton who does a diagnosis for free, communicates the price and description of work required before performing the work, and seems to do what it takes to save the customer money while performing quality workmanship. These traits are morre and more difficult to find.

As a retired HD mechanic, I felt the dealership had misdiagnosed the issue with the transmission. I was very impressed with the level of confidence that was given that they could troubleshoot and repair the issue with the transmission. I appreciated that they would repair that transmission and not simply replace it, as I was trained to do when I was working.
