Very awesome customer service!!! Very quick and easy to get in and out for services. Was supposed to have a refurbished tranny put in my car but it was a brand new one they replaced with in the end!! Wes was awesome to deal with! I booked in our van to have a transmission cooler, fluid and filter change. He informed me that there was no need as the factory one was quite large and would handle our demands. Didn't try to upsell , he was very was professional , shop was tidy and the front staff were great! Absolute perfect 5 !

Coming here was an experience unlike other shops. I'm use to being charged several hundred dollars to find out what's wrong with my vehicle, and they did it for free. The experience was amazing and they went above and beyond when they did a free tire repair for me. I didn't even know they did tires!

Excellent experience. My car was throwing transmissions codes and the mechanic shop recommended Mister Transmission for a specialist to look at. These guys know what they are doing. They knew right off the bat the possible issues and were able to recommend my next steps. Turns out my transmission wasn't causing issues, but it was more of a engine problem. Thanks again for for all your guys help! Cutest worker Pepsi was on duty and she did a great job of entertaining me. Highly recommend to check these guys out if your car is having tranny issues/codes!

The staff was very friendly...

The staff was very friendly and the service gentleman knew exactly what was wrong with my transmission before he even took my car for the test drive and hooked up the computer to it . After the test drive the results were on point to what he told me in the store at that point I knew that he knew what he was talking about and has been doing this for a long time . Thank you for your time and I will be back in the near future.

Took my VW beetle to get my transmission checked out and they were very prompt and straight forward. I ended up needing a new transmission and they got it done the same day it arrived at the shop. Very great service, I will be going here if I have anymore issues highly recommend
