This is the 2nd time I have brought my vehicle to mister transmission. Disregarding that they solved the mechanical issue, their customer service is world class. In fact I’ve never had better pre service and post service anywhere. I’m 51 years old had multiple vehicles and used many different mechanics some good some not so much but the one thing that mister transmission does better than all is their ability to interact well with the customer.
Chris was incredibly helpful from the beginning to the end. When I called looking for a quote he talked to me directly and answered my questions with what his suggestions were. This was very different from 2 other places I called to price check. His quote was also half the price of an other places I called. I appreciate their timing at making this happen and all the ways they communicated around these repairs. It was helpful for me to know what was going on and how to plan while my vehicle was in the shop. Grateful for what you guys did!
