Cecil treated me like a king! towed my car for free, offered me a payment plan, washed and vacuumed my vehicle, and picked me up at home when the car was ready not to mention a discount on the repair because I mentioned to him beforehand that I was on a limited budget...

Cecil at the Burnaby Mister Transmission went well beyond the service that I would expect. He and his wife are friendly, helpful and look for way to make it easier to deal with them. Two thumbs up!!!!

I had my 2007 Toyota...

I had my 2007 Toyota Rav 4 transmission rebuilt almost 2 years ago. Decided to bring it back for a transmission fluid change and for another check before the warranty expires. What I didn’t tell them is that there’s already a leak (my neighbour told me). I’m giving this business a 5 star review because they are honest. They told me it had a leak and they had to replace the seal, and it was still under warranty. Wow! Thank you!!!
