As it turns out the transmission isn't the issue, they happily called to inform me and even gave suggestions as to the issue. No stress and every question answered. These guys are fantastic. My Ford Escape has had multiple transmission issues and 16 months ago it required a full rebuild. After explaining that I relied on my car for work, they gave me a courtesy vehicle while they worked on my Escape. Last week, the transmission starting slipping and the guys at Mister Transmission took it in and started working on what was, at first, a simple fix. Unfortunately, they found bigger issues which required another full rebuild. They did the full rebuild for free under their two year warranty. Throughout all of my interactions with their team, they have always been friendly, transparent and willing to go the extra mile to help. I am really grateful for everything they've done for me.
