The transmission of our Honda...

The transmission of our Honda Fit died suddenly without warning. We took it to a different shop that charged us a diagnostic fee only to tell us they didn't want to work on it. I had it towed to Mr. Transmission in Burlington and from the first phone call with Alistair, I knew I was in very competent hands. They worked quickly on the job and had it done a day earlier than promised. Alistair kept us in the loop along the way and did a great job of explaining what went wrong and what steps needed to be taken.

Customer service was exceptional, especially the free diagnosis. Alistair was excellent and very knowledgeable at explaining my transmission issue in detail and providing a breakdown of the problem for my vehicle in specific. Transmissions are an unfortunate expensive repair, but I was pleased with the results and my vehicle’s improved performance. My vehicle ended up being a two day fix. I highly recommend visiting Mister Transmission in Burlington instead of taking your vehicle to a dealership that will double the cost of a minor repair, just to have thicker pocket change.
