Richard and Lester pointed out a safety issue with the mounting of the winter tires, which I will take up with the dealership that sold me the car, tires and rims.

I was inquiring about a possible transmission repair. I explain my situation to Richard about what's going on. Richard advised that I could bring in my vehicle in and have it assessed. So I had my vehicle towed to Mister Transmission. I was happy with my service I left and when I went to take my vehicle on the highway to give it a good run I noticed that my thermostat was going in the red so I took my vehicle right back to Mister Transmission and spoke to Richard I on top of having my repair done I had a new thermostat put in and my spark plugs changed and it seemed to go OK so far I just got it back about 20 minutes ago. Fingers crossed everything's great and my repair was just over $1500. I like that Richard was very polite and forthcoming with the information he shared with me I will be recommending everyone to go to your company I was quite pleased with everything I was advised and I'm just hoping everything goes OK from here.

Amazing!!! Honest, reliable, respectful and professional. They didn't charge me for diagnostic, even though i didn't go ahead to repair the transmission on my dodge journey. My car was there at their lot for 2 days.. Can't praise you guys enough !!
