Had bad luck with the transmission being improperly assembled before we purchased the used car. The problems started shortly after we bought it. No fault of Mr. Transmission, significant extra parts were required, at considerable cost. Mr. T did everything in their power to get it working again.

Very rude staff. Did not listen to what I clearly stated before they did the work. It’s unfortunate because the work they did I’m sure is great however the attitude and communication was so rude I would never recommend anyone going here and I would never go back. I was very disappointed with the customer service. Also when I picked up my truck it had two flat tires and my truck was sitting in a McDonald’s parking lot. I hated that I spent $7000 with a company that has zero customer service skills.
