At Mister Transmission we have access to leading-edge diagnostic equipment, enabling us to offer you the fastest and most accurate findings about what’s going on inside your vehicle’s transmission. Today’s vehicles come equipped with complex computer systems. Our technology can talk to your car’s computer systems to find your specific transmission problems.

The first step in assessing your transmission involves your technician connecting the diagnostic equipment to your vehicle’s on-board computer. This will produce a code stating where the problem lies. Next, the vehicle is taken for a test drive so that we can monitor its behaviour in real-time. While more comprehensive and hands-on evaluations may yet be required, technology is an important tool in determining the right starting point for further investigations.

Had some clutch issues. Explained...

Had some clutch issues. Explained the issues to Joe and he just had me pump the clutch a few times while he looked under the hood and it turns out to be just air in the hydraulic system. He could have given me the dealer treatment and charged me for diagnostic fees and shop time but he didn’t. He took me for a quick drive around to make sure it’s working and sent me on my way. That’s the kind of place this is. Honest people. Will come back (hopefully not) but if I ever have any transmission issues, this is where I’ll go. Highly recommended.

He ssisted with trying to find the issue I thought I was experiencing and although all avenues lead to no issues (great for me) they were still able to complete a transmission oil change per the maintenance schedule very quickly. I brought my car there for the first time and was treated as if I were a repeat customer. Extremely helpful and transparent for the work my car needed. I have taken my car elsewhere for work to be completed, and Giuliano understood and even prompted me to ask specific questions for the rebuild of my transmission with another garage.I highly recommend their services and staff. My own mechanic charged me to inform me of the problem, ($150.00) but Giuliano did not charge me at all to provide details of the work required on my car and he provided me with an accurate quote for the work.Thank you so much, Giuliano.
