If you need transmission work...

If you need transmission work on your vehicle, this is the place to go to. I brought my son's car here for transmission issue which was diagnosed by at least three other places for a lot more and for the worst of you would expected. When I tried this last place it turned out the best place. Talked to Chris he was very knowledgeable got my car done the same day at a minimal cost. I was back a year after with my daughter's car with a different transmission issue and also got done at a very reasonable cost and honest diagnose. This transmission place don't just fix transmission problems but does other repairs at a very reasonable price, honest, and very reliable. I have referred others here and very happy with services as well. Thanks Chris and Ken for taking care of my family car issues. Please keep up the good work as it is hard to find business that runs with ethics and honesty in this tough economy.

I think I left a review a few years ago and I'll say it again you will not find nicer or more honest people to work on your car than you will at this particular Mr transmission.. I moved from Pickering to Toronto 5 years ago but still drive out here just for their service.

I was awfully disappointed to...

I was awfully disappointed to find out my car needed a new transmission after only 155,000 km from my local mechanic. I was in shock when initially quoted $6500 for a new transmission. I did not waste any time picking up the phone and shopped around only to find out that most, if not all, auto repair shops send the cars out to Mr Transmission when transmission work is required. Cut the middle man out and saved huge !I cannot say enough about the professionalism and superior customer service from Ken and Chris. They kept me up to date every step of the way when they had difficulty sourcing parts from different provinces and states and were very apologetic for things beyond their control. They went above and beyond with a personal loaner car due to the delays until I was able to get my car back. Great father and son team running this shop and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any poor soul who needs a transmission.

Just got my vehicle back...

Just got my vehicle back from Ken and Chris at Mister Transmission. These guys are fantastic. Fixed my vehicle the same day and for the estimated amount Ken thought it would be (after telling him the issue I was experiencing). Ken even came to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. Above and beyond customer service! Keep up the great work guys. You certainly have my business.
