Excellent service, reasonable repair cost

I didn\'t get the name of the shop manager, but he was excellent. I called a few shops explaining my issue and he was the only guy to be straight forward with potential costs dependent on how severe the issue was and what the timeline for the repair would be. My truck works great now with the rebuilt transmission, so I doubt I will see him again for quite a while but I\'d recommend the shop to anyone with transmission issues.

Call was answered and Carlos was courteous and helpful. Said he would inspect and call back and did so quickly as it is our main vehicle Work explained, cost given and car was ready when promised. Very happy with the service.

Not often do I go into a mechanic shop and get treated like a king. They took my baby and fixed her up right. Kept me in the loop with the logistics of delivery on the parts which was nice. My truck is older so parts needed to be shipped in. Quick turn around, great service and go above and beyond. If you want your transmission fixed right the first time these guys are the guys. Took my Journey in for a look around since there was a grinding noise every time I reversed. Carlo looked at the vehicle on the spot and informed me that it was the heat shield which came loose and was rattling on the drive shaft. Told me that a few zip ties would repair it. Got home and tied the shield up, noise is gone! Fast and easy. Thanks Carlo!
