Not often do I go into a mechanic shop and get treated like a king. They took my baby and fixed her up right. Kept me in the loop with the logistics of delivery on the parts which was nice. My truck is older so parts needed to be shipped in. Quick turn around, great service and go above and beyond. If you want your transmission fixed right the first time these guys are the guys. Took my Journey in for...

Took my Journey in for a look around since there was a grinding noise every time I reversed. Carlo looked at the vehicle on the spot and informed me that it was the heat shield which came loose and was rattling on the drive shaft. Told me that a few zip ties would repair it. Got home and tied the shield up, noise is gone! Fast and easy. Thanks Carlo!
