Jennifer and her team were excellent! They got our old truck in quickly and gave us an awesome rundown on all the issues they found! Please ignore the review from Neil Sutton, my partner. He reacts badly to bad news even when it was expected. I will do my best to get his review removed.

Mr Transmission was very understanding, kind, and patient. I talked to Jennifer the most and she was always easy to talk to about my complicated and infuriating 3rd party warranty situation (nothing to do with Mr Transmission). I had absolutely no issues when doing business with them, in fact I wish I had gone to them first as I went somewhere else and unfortunately they were not able to help me as they did not have the capabilities that Mr Transmission has.

I was redirected to Mister Transmission from another brand mechanic in town and I was really impressed with the service at Mister Transmission. Jenn had excellent communication with me throughout the whole process and was very accomodating. Once they did a full diagnostic on my car and were unable to find any major issues, they actually wound up not charging me anything for the diagnostic and road test after I thought it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. They were very professional and friendly with me, so I recommend giving them a try and will be returning to them if I ever have transmission issues needing their specialized care.

Great work! Awesome service! Brought Front differential in and it was ready with in couple of weeks . Reasonable pricing. Jen answered all my questions that i had.. process went smoothly. Definitely going back if i need anything rebuilt. Thanks Mr T. Again.

When you have internal issues you see a “specialist not a general practitioner” I needed a specialists for my transmission and the staff here are definitely special and caring there work and the efforts above and beyond! Jen so very helpful and thankfully she is very patient ;) I recommend them if you’re ever in need of any specializing!!

Excellent staff! I brought my car in for their free road test and multi check and they were able to tell me that it wasn’t my transmission and even went above and beyond to point me in the right direction to fix the problem. They saved me a lot of time and I appreciate their honesty! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get work done

Took my Nissan Rogue in for some much needed TLC and I was very pleased with my experience. Very friendly staff, quick and efficient with their work. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need.
