During this stressful time of worrying about cost, and finding a way to work until the repair was done, the staff were very approachable and kind. They made a thorough diagnosis of my transmission , called me too let me know what they found wrong , and explained to me what would be the cost and timeline to finish the repair , and to when i would be able to pick up my vehicle , the lady at the front desk , was very kind , and kept me in the loop .

Kindness, objectivity, with client interest in mind. OK - my auto had a noise maybe transmission related - an important issue on a 15 year old keeper with only 69K. Gary a team got vehicle in within 2 days and assessed efficiently -happy to tell me transmission was fine and noise from another source identified (minor/fixable). All at no charge. This was an ethical, objective check and most appreciated. Will go there when in need of their services. Thanks Gary, Destiny and Team
