I left the other shop (who refused to admit fault or fix the problem) with transmission issues, gears slipping, and a rainbow of warning lights on my dashboard. The excellent team at Mister Transmission (Wes and Tonia in particular) were phenomenal at getting me booked in quickly, flexibly adjusting their schedule around when I could limp the car to them, and diagnosing what the other shop had done wrong. They resolved the problem, helped me document the issues, and got me back up and running smoothly in just over an hour. While they didnt have to, they also gave me a great deal on the service and called the other shop to discuss what had been done wrong.
