Chris approached all my questions without ego and took the time to listen and provide the clearest answers / quotes he could. Not many shops provide this support. Came in for help with a problem with my manual 2014 Honda. I had trouble getting responses from other transmission places, but Chris was very friendly, accessible, and responsive right from the start. He was very clear with his communication and straightforward with my options. As someone who feels a bit less comfortable with mechanics and auto stuff, I enjoyed how welcoming all the interactions were.
