Mister Transmission offers outstanding warranty protection

    • Standard Nationwide Warranty: 12 Months or 20,000 km

For 12 months from the date of issuance indicated or 20,000 km whichever occurs first, the mechanical services rendered by Mister Transmission are warrantied against failure of materials or workmanship. This warranty extends solely to the owner of the vehicle at the time of purchase of this service and not any subsequent owner

    • *Premium Nationwide Extended Warranty: 36 Months or 60,000 km

At participating Mister Transmission Centers, for 36 months from the date of issuance indicated or 60,000 km whichever occurs first, the mechanical services rendered by Mister Transmission are warrantied against failure of materials or workmanship. Applicable charges apply, please ask you Mister Transmission Centre for details.

In the event of a warranty claim, a valid Mister Transmission Invoice must be presented at the time of claim. The vehicle must be returned to the original Mister Transmission Centre, unless otherwise authorized. All warranty work must be performed at a MISTER TRANSMISSION CENTRE IN CANADA. Authorization for warranty repairs must be approved by the selling dealer.

Mister Transmission technicians specialize in fixing automatic, standard and the newer CVT (Continuously Variable Transmissions) for cars, trucks, mini vans and 4 x 4’s for all makes and models.

This warranty covers parts and labour on specified repairs only. It does not cover towing, loss of use, loss of earnings, per diem expenses.

All Warranty work must be performed at a Mister Transmission shop in Canada.

Authorization for any warranty repairs must be approved by the selling dealer.

RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE – INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Have transmission checked within 10 days from date of delivery for oil levels, leaks and shift patterns. Mister Transmission will do this for you FREE of charge.

2) Check fluid level in transmission every time you check the motor oil.

3) Change fluid, clean pan, replace filter in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations as listed in your owner’s manual.

I had a great experience at this location of Mister Transmission. Around a month ago I brought my 2013 VW Jetta in since it was having what I initially thought was transmission/clutch related issues. They took an in-depth look at it and found out it was a different problem related with the engine. They didn't charge me at all for checking even though I insisted especially since they were super busy which I fully appreciate!

Went into Mister Transmission for issues with my Mercedes and was greeted by Brian Reid. He was absolutely phenomenal—knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding. When explaining what was going on with my car, he broke everything down clearly without making it confusing. He never over-promised anything, was fair in his pricing, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Communication was a breeze Brian kept me updated at every step. They kept me updated from the start to the finish. There were no surprises at all everything was done as stated and was kept up to date on the price and what needed to be done.
