If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! My whole experience with Mr. Transmission was great. I was having a problem with the shifter dial or sensor in my Dodge Ram not always recognizing when the truck was in park. I went to the Dodge dealership first and they said that they'd probably couldn't diagnose it without ripping my transmission apart. Well, that wasn't happening. lol I called Mr. Transmission and Cory was very reassuring. When I got there, I called Barry over to the truck, he gave the truck a little nudge and now the indicator was registering that the truck was in park and I could get the key out! Barry was pretty sure it was a minor problem. I brought the truck back when they had a hoist available. Turns out there was rust around a cable and lever. Barry cleaned the rust off, truck works great and there was no charge! I highly recommend the Belleville Mr. Transmission. The services are provided with integrity by professional, knowledgeable and friendly people.

My husband took our Mercedes...

My husband took our Mercedes B200 to Mr. Transmission to be diagnosed after a Mercedes dealership diagnosed ($400. diagnostic fee) a $3,000. transmission fix. Barry and his team went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the actual problem (which was faulty front bearings) and saved us, in total $2700. We can't say enough good things about this local business. It's rare that you'll ever find an auto repair shop that's so honest, friendly, informative and willing to go the extra mile for it's customers. Thanks for a fantastic experience!
