I visited the 265 centennial parkway location for an unknown issue with my transmission on july 18th. Within an hour or two of speaking with Chris, he had identified my problem and worked out a few options with me. More than anything, I was most impressed with the down-to-earth nature of Chris and his friendly and straight-forward demeanor. I can honestly say after being to transmission places before, the ideology is typically that of a store not a repair shop, and the customer service rep attempts to sell rather than assist. Chris surprised me with his attitude and communication, and for that I would return to that location in the future.

Mark and his staff at this location are excellent representatives for Mister Transmission. They were very professional, personable and did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer. Despite the cost, I am confident that the repair was done properly. I will be a returning customer and will recommend them to my associates and friends.

Brought it in already for warranty work. Leaking axle seal. And it is not running very smooth. Good thing we purchased the extended warranty.

Short and sweet. Had a Trans done in Pickering. Had a problem with seal leakage. Returned to Pickering location and no longer there. Drove to Mr Trans on Westney 195. Explained my problem. Steven the manager spoke to tech Tom and gave me a solution. Tom dismantled complete Trans. Found some serious flaws and proceeded to remedy them. Their work ethic customer service is top notch. Dealing with these guys is both comforting and educational. I highly recommend this specific shop for all transmission work bar none. Thanks again Steven and Tom. .

Professional place, good service. Had my transmission rebuilt and back to me in the time they promised and at the price they quoted no surprises. It's hard when transmission is so expensive but at least they got financing set up and helped me with a rental. Don't want to ever go through that agin but I would recommend.

I brought in my 2019...

I brought in my 2019 Chevy Equinox Diesel. I am giving it 5 stars after careful observation by driving the full kilometre limit of my warranty. I paid in full through a bank draft after a full rebuild consisting of the torque converter and a replacement of the valve body along with some solenoid sensors were done. Gamble paid off. However, I must indicate no repair work will fully restore a vehicle to its original state. I am thanking them with all my heart. Not a friend, nor family, just a stranger. Mister is an understatement here, they are Doctors. Carry on!

These guys are amazing. My regular mechanic doesnt do transmissions so he sent my car to a transmission shop he deals with and they said my transmission need to be replaced to the tune of $4000. I found these guys on line, they checked it for free and guess what, fixed it, works perfect for $786. Thank you Mister Transmission.

I was referred there by...

I was referred there by my friend who works for Peel Regional Police and he told me that's where they fix their cars. Great service and a good job. They rebuilt my 2017 Rogue transmission after other places told me they couldn't do it and dealer wanted crazy money. These guys saved me money and it’s been 3 weeks and it works like when it was new. I will recommend Mister Transmission.
