I had such a AWESOME experience with Mike and his dad. I have a 2014 Mustang which I love. However I was throwing good money after bad as I tried to identify a problem as it was bucking and driving horribly. I took it to them and they identified the problem immediately and fixed it for a very reasonably price. I cannot explain how relieved I am to know my problem is solved. Driving it in the condition it was it would have ruined it in very short order. Thanks so much :)

Brought my benz wasnt sure what was going mike the car genius diagnosed exactly what was going on with one spin around the block. Found the cheapest way to fix it which shoulda cost me a lot more then what was qouted as i spoke to a few friends about it i thank god for these guys my car was back in less then a week and running smooth as a mofo forever greatful 🙏🏿 if i can have them do everything on my car these are my guys..god bless them

I have a 2017 Volkswagen Passat that I have never serviced the transmission on because it has been running smoothly. However, I wanted to do a transmission fluid change and I found Mister transmission in Ajax. I called them last week for an appointment and went in and met with Mike and had a number of questions about service that he was able to answer and made me feel comfortable and getting my vehicle service with them. I booked the appointment for this morning and as agreed the service was done as promised. I also asked about getting my oil changed at the same time and once again my request was accommodated. Within about 2 hours the complete service was done, Mike called me and within 10 minutes was at my place to drive me back to pay for and pick up my car. So far to be perfect. The customer service I received from the beginning to the time I picked up my car has been better than expected. Other Auto service places can learn a lot by the customer service at Mister Transmission. I gave them a Max five-star rating but would have given them higher if I had an option. Thanks again Mister Transmission and Mike.

Long overdue review! Top level summary, bring your vehicle to Mike and Rabih, they provide exceptional service. Huge thanks to them for helping me through a complex challenge and being able to get my vehicle back on the road and me trusting it is fixed properly! They worked through an expensive challenge, as Stellantis dishonoured my extended warranty and I had to have the transfer case on my SRT Grand Cherokee rebuilt. Throughout the process he consulted with me, always advising on options cost-wise and reliability. 3 weeks ago I had an issue start in the same drivetrain space, so I first brought it back to Mr. Transmission. Mike has gone above and beyond in working through the cascade of issues: just picked the truck back up today and its driving like new! Thanks again guys, will be sending everybody I know your way.
