We’ve been taking our Promaster campervan to this location for years. Their service has always been fast, friendly and fair. They’ve been able to repair anything we’ve asked of them. We recently took our van on a cross Canada road trip, we ended up having issues with our transmission just outside of Ottawa. Phil from Mr Transmission Winnipeg, was able to communicate with the location in Ottawa to honour the nation wide warranty. Even though we were 6000 kms over our warranty, Phil covered all the repairs under warranty and was checking in to make sure we got back on the road safely.

My 2016 Dodge Journey would not pick up speed without revving at a really high rpm. Transmission was slipping and revved hard in reverse. Took it in to Mister Transmission on Portage Ave knowing I most likely needed a new transmission. Got them to check and yes I needed one. They gave me the money back for the diagnostic and I paid for the new transmission. They also provided me with a courtesy car for 5 days. They did the work so quick and made sure my car was fixed properly. My car runs like a brand new vehicle. It picks up speed, rpm is good, and doesnt shake in reverse anymore. Special thanks to Phil and the team for repairing my car and getting it back to working order. They also have a good warrenty on the new transmission. Completely worth the money. Thanks guys.

They did amazing work with my 2019 Dodge Ram, and looked after my leak on my rear axel, fixed my transmission and also worked on my transfer case. Definitely will bring my truck back for additional work if needed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, my Civic SI needed a new clutch and they did it with a great price and quickly. Car is great now! 10/10.
