First of all a huge thank you to Julie for all of her help and expertise when dealing with the transmission rebuild on our Dodge Grand Caravan. She is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. I wish all business's had staff like her. We had a great experience at Mr. Transmission and I will definately refer my friends. The mechanics were very quick to diagnose and only recommened what was needed. They were great in keeping us up to date with the progress of our repair. They noticed multiple issues with my vehicle very quickly, things that previous shops never mentioned. Other shops kept giving me vague “maybe” fixes, but Mister Transmission was straightforward, honest, and thorough, covering all the bases without any pressure or scare tactics. Within two days, my truck was fixed and running amazing. I went in thinking I needed a whole new transmission, and thankfully that wasn’t the case at all. I will absolutely be returning for future work and will be making them my go-to shop for repairs. I’ll also be recommending them to anyone I can. Great experience. Julie went above and beyond with communication, and I wish I could get customer service like this in more place. The guys in the garage got the car diagnosed and fixed the issue at far less cost than I expected and did some simple preventative maintenance to one of the of the sensors. Great work, and highly recommended.

I had a great experience trusting Mr. Transmission to make the rebuild of my 2020 Ford explorer Transmission. I was desperate about the car issue at the beginning, because it was a serious and costly issue, but Julie was very regardful, she took the time to explain all the costs and procedures until the car is fixed. She also was very patient with me and my husband because we had to take our time and figure out if would be worth to fix or just sale it the way it was, once we decided to fix, it was a matter of 8 days to have the transmission completely rebuild. The car is working perfectly as it was before the issue and I really recommend them to take care of any transmission related issues. Thanks Mr. Transmission
