I noticed a bit of hard shifting so I took it back and Sean and his team took the time to look into it and realized that something was wrong and without hesitation they did what they needed to. They found the broken part and replaced it . Great customer service easy to communicate with. They were able to get it fixed and have me on my way in a timely manner .
