Giorgio Vivacqua worked on my old car (first car) many years ago, and I'd since moved out of Mississauga. I found myself nearby recently and broke down in oakville. My clutch was acting up. Wouldn't have taken it to anyone else. I'm glad Giorgio's shop was close-by. Excellent service, fair pricing, and one of the mechanics in the shop even drove me to work after dropping my car off. He overheard me calling my work from the shop's lobby asking if anyone could come pick me up, and offered me a ride. It's nice to see an auto shop in this day and age that actually cares about it's clients. 10/10

I was given a quote with the highest being 3500.00. Unfortunately that was what was charged + tax of course. Would have been nice to have had a curtesy call to tell me that was the final price. No breakdown of parts or repair on bill but manager said I could come back in a week when the owner ( who gave quote) was back to work. Today noticed the engine cover had not been put back on so went back to get it but shop closed at 12. Now will have to return again, a bit frustrating obviously.

Very Satisfied with the service. I was updated regularly on the progress of the repair and felt like a important customer which was one reason why i did not go to a competitor.
