CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) Service & Repair Saint Anns, Ontario
A traditional automatic transmission uses a complex series of gears to transfer the engine’s power to the wheels. A CVT is a type of automatic transmission, but it has no gears at all. Instead, it uses a pulley and belt system to provide an unlimited range of gear ratios. Popular auto makers, such as Nissan, Toyota, Subaru, Chrysler and Honda, are introducing CVT’s to their model lineups to offer customers an option with improved acceleration and enhanced fuel economy.
